Museum open house Saturday

The Fort St. Joseph Museum will host its Holiday Open House Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The open house theme is “Holly-Jolly Christmas: A History of the Christmas Card.”

There will be activities for children of all ages including Christmas card crafts and a Christmas history hunt. Local artist Heather Van Dyke Pletcher will be on hand to draw unique Christmas cards for children and adults. Members of the Brandywine High School History Club will also be helping at the craft tables.

The history theme for the museum for the month of December is “Holly Jolly Christmas Cards.”

There is no admission charge to the museum and all program activities are free.
