Albion College sophomore running back Clinton Orr gashed the Trine University defense for 221 all-purpose yards (163 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 30 carries and 58 yards on four receptions) as the Britons closed the season with a 58-16 loss.

Orr, of Buchanan, became the first back in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association history to go over 1,000 rushing yards in league play in a season.

He amassed 1,030 yards in six league games and 1,396 for all 10 games.
