Cass County Prosecutor Victor Fitz and Cass County Sheriff Joseph Underwood Wednesday announced that Angelique Elizabeth Osburn, 21, of Eau Claire, is charged with open murder involving the June 13, 2010 death of her infant daughter, Kaden Osburn.

Open murder provides for a variety of possible dispositions including manslaughter, second-degree murder and first-degree murder.

Osburn turned herself in on the warrant Tuesday and was to be arraigned in Fourth District Court at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
