My name is Victor Fitz and I serve as the elected prosecutor in Cass County Michigan.

I send this letter as a strong endorsement of Bill Schuette as our next Attorney General.

Crime-fighters in Michigan know that Bill Schuette is the warrior we need at our side.   

The support is staggering. 

Bill Schuette has been endorsed by the organization that represents 75 percent of Michigan’s certified police officers —— the Michigan Association of Police Organizations (MAPO). 

He has been endorsed by the Police Officers Association of Michigan (POAM), the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Michigan. 

And Bill Schuette has been endorsed by over 50 elected prosecutors and a similar number of elected sheriffs. 

We have come to know Bill as a Court of Appeals Judge, a Congressman, a State Senator and our Michigan Secretary of Agriculture. 

We have seen his track record. We trust him. 

We know that he will stand up for victims and the public. 

Those who fight crime know Bill Schuette is the one for the job.
