LAWRENCE — The Buchanan volleyball team fell to Gabriel Richard in the finals of the Lawrence Invitational on Saturday.

In pool play, the Bucks lost to Gabriel Richard 27-25 and 25-23, defeated Kalamazoo Home School 25-9 and 25-13, as well as defeating host Lawrence 25-18 and 25-12.

In the finals, Buchanan lost to Gabriel Richard 25-16 and 25-22. Lawrence defeated Kalamazoo 25-17 and 25-21 in the consolation match.
