To the editor:

On Friday the 17th, I was privileged to see the documentary film, “A Compelling Curiosity,” about the House of David in Benton Harbor.

It was shown by Chris Siriano, who’s moving his House of David museum to downtown Dowagiac.

In a little over one hour I learned so much about the House of David, especially when Mr. Siriano talked before showing the film, then afterwards and taking questions from the audience.

I recommend anyone not seeing it can see it for free at Beckwith Theatre on Sept. 23 at 7 p.m.

I can’t wait until Chris Siriano moves his House of David to Dowagiac after seeing the film and knowing more about it.

I kind of wish I had been born about 10 years earlier to appreciate what I didn’t get to experience.
