2 arrested in Berrien County home invasions

A two-week investigation into home invasions ended Friday with the arrest of two Cass County subjects.
David Jordon, 21, of 1205 Barron Lake Rd., is charged with home invasion in the 1st degree; conspiracy to commit home invasion in the 1st degree; and delivery of methamphetamine and delivery of LSD.
Levi Jordon, 19, of the same address., faces charges of home invasion in the 1st degree and conspiracy to commit home invasion in the 1st degree.
Detectives from the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau & Narcotics Division received information that three subjects were planning on Breaking into an residence off Buffalo Road in Galien Township. From this information given, detectives made arrangements with the owner of this residence to wait inside.
About approximately 10:30 a.m. Friday, the subjects arrived and made entry inside this residence to steal flat-screen TVs, quads, money and weapons.
Detectives and road deputies from the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest. During the arrest, two detectives received non-life threatening injuries; both Detectives treated by Southwestern Michigan Community Ambulance Service personnel and released.
The FBI out of the St. Joseph office assisted in the investigation.
This investigation in continuing, with other arrests and charges expected.
