The cremated remains of the following persons where discovered on Wednesday, Aug. 11 during renovations of the former Groner Funeral Home in Dowagiac. These remains where apparently left in the building after the funeral home was closed and they need to be given to the proper relatives.
The following cremains are still unclaimed:
• John P.  Brown, 2006
• Joseph Livingston, 2005
• Frank N. Baldwin, unknown
