Joyce Walker and the Outcast Blues Band perform Saturday, Aug. 7, at Dowagiac Elks Lodge 889, 300 Riverside Drive at Hill Street.

Walker, daughter of legendary blues artist Muddy Waters, is bringing special guest “Killer Ray” Allison, a Chicago vocalist and guitarist who has played with the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton and Carlos Santana, among others.

In 1998, Killer Ray had the honor of performing for former President Bill Clinton and First Lady at the Secretary of State’s birthday party in Chicago.

Tickets cost $20, which includes a hog roast.

Proceeds benefit local charities, so “come shake your money maker.”
