No residents were injured following the severe weather that swept through the area Saturday night.

But 19 of the 20 homes in Kékyajek Odanek, the Pokagon Band’s Elders Village, sustained varied damage.

By Sunday evening, the tribal government had completed the following recovery efforts: broken windows boarded; damaged roofing covered; roads cleared; restored power, after working with local utility companies.
