April 9
– Police reported an attempted bank robbery of the Chemical Bank in Edwardsburg at 2:44 p.m.
– Police reported several vehicles were broken into and near South Shore Drive. According to police, many items including GPS, money and tools were taken from the vehicles.

April 11
– Edwardsburg Police have reported that upon responding to a domestic complain near the intersection of Redfield Street and Ridgewood Drive, three suspects were arrested. Two of those suspects will face preliminary charges of manufacturing methamphetamine.
The Cass County Drug Team was called in to work on the methamphetamine case while Ontwa Township and Edwardsburg Police officers investigated alleged assault.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Department, Michigan State Police Niles Post and the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office (Indiana) also assisted at the scene.
The Edwardsburg Police ask anyone with information to report that could help lead to an arrest in any of these matters to contact authorities immediately.
