With Easter coming around the corner, the Berrien County Civitan Club is sponsoring an Easter egg hunt on Saturday at Riverfront Park in downtown Niles.

The hunt will begin at noon and is for kids ages 2 to 11. Many people in the Niles community have donated time and helped out with the planning of this event. Downtown Development donated $100 to the event, and there will be a special surprise in some of the eggs. Other donors to the event are local businesses such as the Paris Soda Shop and Wal-Mart.

To go along with the egg hunt, there will be a pancake breakfast hosted by the Niles Eagles on Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Eagles Club.
