Thomas Grant, community president for Chemical Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Mikel to branch manager of the Niles Main Office.
“We are very pleased to have Sue join our team,” Grant said. “Her experience not only in banking but in the southwest Michigan market will add to our strong local employee base. Her downtown location will expose her to many Niles customers and we are confident that Sue, along with her experienced branch staff, will bring memorable and valuable experiences to those customers as well as all of the new customers that she comes in contact with.”
Mikel will be overseeing the daily branch operations at the Niles Main Office located at 407 East Main St. in Niles. She is also responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships in and around the Niles area.
Mikel joins Chemical Bank with more than 14 years of banking experience. While she has spent most of her time as a branch manager, Mikel also has mortgage lending experience. She is a previous board member for the Four Flags Area Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered her time with Relay for Life.
