The Michiana Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (Michiana SHRM) will present a monthly lunch meeting on Tuesday, March 16 at Morris Park County Club, 2200 McKinley Ave., South Bend from 11:10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The program “Threat Assessments,” will be presented by Tim Corbett, South Bend Metro Homicide and president of Corbett Threat Assessment Consultants, LLC and Elizabeth Muellner, SPHR, director of Career Management Services at Career Transitions.  Participants will receive general information about conducting a threat assessment in their organization and some practical tips about how to prevent and mitigate related issues.

The meeting is open to all human resources professionals, business leaders and anyone with responsibility for ensuring legal compliance at their place of business. Registration and pre-payment for the lunch meeting is required. Cost is $20 for non-members, $17 for members, $10 for students and includes a buffet lunch.
