SAINT JOSEPH – Debra Griggs, Vice President of Member Service at United Federal Credit Union announces the appointment of James E. Knight to the position of Branch Manager for the Niles-South branch which is currently under construction.

In his new role Knight will be responsible to establish operations for the new branch and to manage all day-to-day branch operations, staff development, business relationship management, and community involvement.

Knight holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Western Michigan University.

He worked with branch operations at Chase Bank since 2007, where he served as a loan officer and also as a branch manager in Benton Harbor.
He has also been a small business owner, and has worked as a product engineer for several Michigan companies.

In his spare time, Knight enjoys spending time with his wife and four children at home in Niles.
