SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Children’s Choir of Michiana announces auditions for its sixth season.

Auditions will take place at First United Methodist Church on Main Street in South Bend on Tuesday, Aug. 25 and Tuesday, Sept. 1, beginning at 6:30 p.m. each evening. Times will be scheduled 20 minutes apart. Children grades 4-8 are invited.

Now entering its sixth season, the Children’s Choir of Michiana was created to provide children of many different cultures, religious affiliations, and economic backgrounds an opportunity to sing together beautifully. The group aspires to enhance the musical future of our region, and bridge many ethnic, cultural, and social barriers through the act of joining together in song. It is co-sponsored by Vesper Chorale and First United Methodist Church.
