Barbara A. (Evans) and Gordon W. Reum, of Niles, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Aug. 1.

They were married on Aug. 1, 1959, in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Niles.

She is a retired lab technician from the Medical Center in Niles and he is a retired welder from Garden City Fan, after 25 years.

Their daughter is Diane (Scott) Powers and they have four grandchildren, Kyle Garlanger, Christopher Powers, Nick Powers, and Chelsea Powers, all of Niles.
