Froehlich

Connie Joyce (Brant) and Robert William Froehlich were married at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sodus on Feb. 14, 1959.
They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at the Dowagiac Conservation Club on May 16 with a party hosted by their children and grandchildren.
They have lived in Berrien Center all of their married life.
Robert has been a fruit and vegetable farmer all of his life.
Connie ran Totem Fruit Market for 27 years at Indian Lake and raised Tennessee walking horses for 20 years.
They also like to spend time up north in Baldwin, at the cabin with their seven grandchildren.
They like traveling, spending time with friends and family and also restoring the Franklin Church at Indian Lake.
Their children include Roger and Lisa Froehlich of Battle Creek, and their children, Chandler and Zoe; Dean and Karen Froehlich of Berrien Center and their children, Kyle and Anna; Carla and Kevin Ruppert of South Haven and their children, Ryan, Colton and Caitlin; and Gretta Gaye Froehlich, who died in 1974.
They are members of Grace Lutheran Church in Eau Claire.
