A fire damaged Blueberry Hill Pancake House on South 11th Street Thursday afternoon.
Niles firefighters were called to the scene around 5:30 p.m. Thursday after a fire was reported.
The blaze was contained to the kitchen, but the restaurant will be close for some time due to the damage.
No customers were in the building when the fire broke out since the restaurant stops serving customers at 3 p.m.
Blueberry Hill suffered considerable smoke damage. The fire took nearly 30 minutes to put out.
