Senior Tim DeRyder was the lone Dowagiac player named to the Division 2 All-District Baseball Team.
Edwardsburg had a pair of players named to the team, while Niles landed four players on the squad.
District champion St. Joseph had three players selected.
DeRyder hit .491 for the Chieftains this past season with six doubles, two triples and 22 RBIs.
Johnson hit .400 for the Eddies with eight doubles, two triples, five home runs and 22 RBIs.
Ali hit .367 with four doubles, two home runs and 18 RBIs, while Brawley hit .356 with seven doubles, five triples and 25 RBIs.
Simpson hit .511, the highest batting average among the players selected, to go along with 12 doubles, five triples, four home runs and 43 RBIs.
Garner hit .464 for the Vikings with five doubles, five triples, two home runs and 29 RBIs.
Eric Danapilis of St. Joe and South Haven's David McWinnie shared Coach of the Year honors.
All-District is the first step in the All-State selection process.
Dowagiac's Cody Cox and Andrew Kurdelmeyer were named to the All-Academic portion of the All-District squad.
Also selected was Edwardsburg's James Hack and Niles' Brawley.
