Tractor event coming to fairgrounds

The Berrien County Youth Fair 'Show and Shine' tractor event, will features two days of tractor pulling, a tractor show, and car show.
The event kicks off Friday, June 12 at 4 p.m. with a truck and tractor pull. It will feature two antique tractor Jackpot classes and a 9,300 pound Super Farm class, in addition to 6,500 pound gas 4 x 4 and 8,000 pound diesel 4 X 4 street legal pick up truck pulls.
On Saturday, June 13, the National Antique Tractor Pullers Association (NATPA) summer qualifier points tractor pull features five jackpot classes starting at 8 a.m. The Northern Indiana Garden Tractor Pull will also be held in the grandstand. The Michiana Two-Cylinder Club, who is co-hosting the event with the fair, will hold a tractor show on the fairgrounds outside of the grandstand. Area car clubs are holding an open antique car show and a motorcycle 'cruise-in.' A toy tractor show will also be on display.
