Alexis "Lexi" Ann Nikodem, 3, of Niles, died on Friday, May 22, 2009, at home.
A memorial service will be held at Brown Funeral Home, Niles, on Thursday, May 28, from 6 to 8 p.m.
She is survived by her father Heith, with whom she lived; her mother Connie Nikodem and D. J. Cox of Niles; sisters, Marissa and Kristen Stoops; brother, A.J.; grandparents, Kathy Nikodem of Niles, Lavonne Lundquist and Greg Howard, of Mishawaka, ind.; great-grandparents, Wilma Howard of Mishawaka, Ind. and Barb and Ken Voss of Niles.
