Dowagiac City Council meets at 7 p.m. Monday, April 27, at City Hall, 241 S. Front St.
According to the draft agenda released Thursday, the council will consider four resolutions:
Authorizing power supply purchase agreements with AEP and I&M.
Changing the Monday, May 25, meeting (which falls on Memorial Day) to Tuesday, May 26.
Authorizing the finance director to pay bills for $572,104.19 and payroll of $164,382,02 (totaling $736,396.21).
Paying bills for $40.70 owed to Laylin Welding.
Second reading will be given to an ordinance that provides for the proposed rezoning of property at 101 and 101 1/2 W. High St.
A proclamation will also be presented declaring Friday, May 8, through Saturday, May 16 as "Dogwood Fine Arts Festival" week.
