Check you utility bills for errors

To the Editor:
This letter is concerning my utility bill from City of Niles. They have not read my water meter since November, because of the snow piled on it until today, March 9, 2009. I have received an estimated reading of nine units, which is what I normally use for the months of Dec. Jan. and Feb.
Today they read it for the first time since November, 2008 and came up with 35 units. I had the meter checked and it was alright. I have not used any more water than usual and have nothing leaking.
So I am paying them double.
Check your water bills everyone.
