We know times are tough, but it's the Christmas season and perhaps time to dial back some of the ill will and thoughts that are constantly popping up on the Leader Publications Reader Forum.
Come on people, show a little respect for others.
It is amazing to go in there and look at all the people attacking each other.
Does this really accomplish anything?
So you have a differing opinion than someone.
Take the time to offer up your opinion without ripping the person who disagrees with you.
It's nice to see all the people who are contributing to our forum, but we are somewhat alarmed by the venom which is spewed on it from time to time.
While some offer constructive comments, others seem to go out of their way to criticize those who do not share their point of view.
One of the things we really enjoy about the postings is that a majority of the time people are discussing local issues.
Sure, there was the election and from time to time national items pop up, but most of the time our readers are talking about issues that hit close to home.
So with that in mind, please keep on posting those messages. We encourage all of our readers to get online and get involved.
You will find some stimulating conversation going on in our forum.
But a warning to those who would ridicule or try to intimidate others, we will continue to monitor the forum to make sure it's a place that people will enjoy coming back to and taking part in.
