CASSOPOLIS – The Cassopolis United Methodist Church (CUMC) will again host Christmas by Candlelight, an annual gathering of community women, on Monday evening, Dec.1.
Coffee and homemade holiday dessert will be served at 6:45 p.m. in the Wood Fellowship Hall. The program will follow in the church sanctuary, which will be decorated for the season. The program of word and music entitled "Tree-Mendous Love: From the Manger To the Cross" in the church sanctuary, featured some of the church's younger children.
Char Hiemstra and Carey May-Fox are the co-chairwomen of the event.
Ross Beatty High School students will assist with the serving of the coffee and dessert.
Cassopolis United Methodist Church is located at 209 S. Rowland. Attendees are advised to enter the building from the O'Keefe Street parking lot. Elevator access is provided to the second floor Fellowship Hall and Sanctuary.
