7 p.m. – Cass County Historical Society meets at Cass District Library, 319 M-62, Cassopolis. Marilyn Fry presents the program, "A Nickel's Worth of Skim Milk." The public is invited to attend. Refreshments will be served.
Wednesday, Nov. 19
6:30 p.m. – Cass District Library's 2009 budget review and hearing in the library's Silver Room, 319 M-62 North, Cassopolis.
Thursday, Nov. 20
4 p.m. – Regular Cass County Board of Commissioners meeting in the commission chambers, 120 N. Broadway, Suite 217, Cassopolis.
5 p.m. – A community Thanksgiving turkey dinner with all the trimmings will be served until 7 p.m. at Peace Temple Church of God in Christ, 102 Andrews St. This dinner is open to all at no charge. In-town delivery is available for the sick and elderly. If this service is needed, please call the church by 4 p.m. Nov. 20 at (269) 782-9055.
Saturday, Nov. 22
8 a.m. – Cass County Board of Commissioners workshop at Billieville, Edward Lowe Foundation, Cassopolis, with Merri Terborgh, Medical Care Facility administrator; and John Mahan, Woodlands Behavioral Healthcare Network CEO.
