Former Cass County commissioner Terri Kitchen, who represented Silver Creek Township as a Republican, didn't let partisanship stand in the way of witnessing history in the making.
Being at Chicago's Grant Park in the multitude that assembled after Barack Obama was elected the 44th president Tuesday "was simply incredible," she said.
