BERRIEN SPRINGS – The History Center at Courthouse Square presents "Grave Matters: A History of Graveyards, Cemeteries, Markers, Monuments and Mausoleums," on Thursday evening, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. at the 1839 Courthouse in Berrien Springs.
The museum's curator Robert Myers and executive director Frances Porter Snyder will present a PowerPoint program examining the history of the park cemetery movement that transformed the church graveyard to a park setting.
