CASSOPOLIS – Tickets are still available for the Cass County Council on Aging's Malts &Memories Saturday, Oct. 11 from 5 to 9 p.m.
Auction items include a 32-inch, high definition television with DVD player, fine art, sports memorabilia (with items autographed by Lou Holtz, Charlie Weis, Al Kaline, and Brian Urlacher), travel and entertainment packages, jewelry and more. The evening will also include a 50-50 raffle, dancing, and a fun time for all. Anyone attending the event may dress up to match the '50s and '60s theme.
Malts &Memories will raise money for COA Home Care programs, including Meals on Wheels, out-of-county medical transportation, and in-home care for Cass County seniors.
The $20 ticket price includes dinner, entertainment by DJ Bill Craft, and a chance to bid on live and silent auction items donated by local businesses and individuals.
Tickets are only available in advance at the front desk at the COA, or by calling Bob Long at 445-8110. No tickets will be sold at the door.
