The Inspiration Scholarship Foundation will be presenting the play, "Dial 'C' For Chaos In Cass County," at Southwestern Michigan College's Dowagiac Campus on Saturday, Oct. 18.
The play will be held at 8 p.m. in the Mathews Conference Center.
"Dial 'C' For Chaos in Cass County" is an interactive murder mystery dessert theater that will include audience participation as the cast of the play attempts to solve the murders of some very prominent Cass County residents by reliving the night of a rather deadly party.
The cast includes a mix of fictional characters as well as several local residents portraying themselves such as Cass County Prosecutor Victor Fitz and Attorneys Chris Lynch and Liz Rapalee-Lyons who will face off in a heated trial over the murders. The audience will enjoy cake and punch as the mystery unfolds.
The proceeds from the mystery theater will go to benefit the Mary J. Wilkinson Scholarship Fund, which will be awarding its first scholarship to a single parent attending SMC.
Tickets are $10 and are currently available at Pacific Quest Day Spa on M-51 in Dowagiac. Tickets may also be reserved by emailing the Foundation's President, Sarah Wilkinson, at sarah@daretoinspire.org
The mystery theater is sponsored by Ausra Equipment, Caribbean Auto Spa, Pacific Quest Day Spa, and Tyler Automotive.
