Sheri Fraser of New Carlisle, Ind. and Scott Desenberg of Buchanan, were united in marriage on April 26, 2008, at Agape Christian Church, LaPorte, Ind. Pastor Rod Nielson officiated.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Mark and Helen Fraser, New Carlisle, Ind.
She is a graduate of New Prairie High School, New Carlisle, Ind. and The Holistic Wellness Academy, Niles, as a Certified Massage Therapist.
She works for Moore Surgical Associates, LaPorte, Ind. as a medical coder and at Clear Choice Chiropractic in Niles, as a massage therapist.
The groom is the son of James and Helen Desenberg of Buchanan.
He graduated from Buchanan High School-Buchanan and Central University, Mt. Pleasant, with a Bachelor's of Science in Education and Grand Valley State University, Allendale, with a Masters of Education. He is employed at Eau Claire High School-Eau Claire as a math teacher.
Matron of honor was Angela Henry of North Liberty, Ind., a friend of the bride. Bridesmaids included Kristy Chambers of Rolling Prairie, Ind. and Tammy Gardner of Niles, both friends of bride.
Ring bearer was Justin Henry of North Liberty, Ind., the son of the matron of honor.
Best man was Tom Desenberg of Buchanan, brother of the groom. Groomsmen includes Tony Gruber of South Bend, Ind. and Mike Gallo of Osceola, Ind., both friends of the groom.
Ushers were David Fraser and Frank Fraser, both of LaPorte, Ind. and brothers of the bride.
The reception was at the American Legion Post 357-South Bend, Ind.
Music/entertainment was by Soundwaves.
After a wedding trip to Traverse City, the newlyweds are at home in Buchanan.
