BERRIEN SPRINGS – The Therapeutic Equestrian Center (TEC) is hosting a volunteer/participant rally.
At the event, TEC representatives will be officially announcing the center's new location in Watervliet.
The general public, volunteers and individuals seeking therapeutic horse-riding services are invited to attend Wednesday, Sept. 3, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Blossomland Learning Center, 711 St. Joseph Ave., Berrien Springs.
The event allows the general public and interested volunteers to sign-up for required volunteer training, complete paperwork and learn about volunteer activities for the month of September.
The rally also provides new class participants with an opportunity to preview and apply for riding classes and complete required paperwork.
Also, at the rally, guests will learn of TEC's new home, located at the Stockbridge Equestrian Center, 615 N. M-140 in Watervliet.
The facility will be open for classes beginning in October.
