As the former sheriff I spent my career working to make Cass County a safer place to live. I knnow what it takes to do that. Judges play a critical role in that process. Experience is a critical factor in choosing the right judge. Judges must have the knowledge of the law, must be fair and impartial, must be able to properly assess the defendant and must care about the victiim. Scott Teter meets these qualifications. As prosecutor he worked to make Cass County a safer place to live. His staewide experience at the Attorney General's office will benefit our county. I am endorsing Scott Teter for District Court Judge and ask you to support him on Aug. 5.
