The colors are out, some blue, others yellow and every color in between. It is an election year and the country roads have become free game for those hoping to help their candidate win the Aug. 5 primary.
Being excited about the coming election is a good thing and showing support by putting up a sign in your yard is a way to hopefully influence others.
Let's just hope that everyone can be an adult and not trash others' property, remove signs without permission, or put up signs where they do not have permission.
The election will be over soon, though another is waiting in the wings.
Be considerate of others. Even the candidates don't want you to do anything which would blacken their reputation.
Let's be adults and also all be sure to go out and vote.
