Hunting dog seminar offered July 26

The Southwestern Michigan Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society will hold a hunting dog training seminar at the Willow Lake Sportsmen's Club, 51704 North U.S. 131, Three Rivers, on Saturday, July 26. (Registration deadline is July 23).
Sponsored by Purina, the class, which is limited to 15 pointing breeds and 15 flushing breeds, begins with a group seminar conducted by Purina pro trainers Steve Grossman and Andrew Green from 9 a.m. to noon. This will be followed by personal instruction and field work from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
Registration is $45 (training birds extra) and includes lunch.
