Bobcats sign letters of intent

NILES – Shane Bankston and three other Brandywine baseball players have committed to play collegiate baseball next season.
Bankston, who played third base and helped lead Brandywine to the Division 3 state semifinals, hit .397 this past season for the Bobcats.
He will attend Ancilla College in Donaldson, Ind.
Also signing letters of intent were Noah Udell, Cameron Ondresky and Jake Harris.
Udell, Ondresky and Harris will be headed to Lake Michigan College.
Udell was a First Team All-State selection in the outfield after hitting .489 this past season for the top-ranked Bobcats.
Ondresky, a catcher, hit .431, while Harris, who is a pitcher and an outfielder, batted .368. On the mound, Harris was 8-3 with an ERA of 2.13.
