Aurand, Collins picked for All-Star Softball Game

NILES – Three players and one coach will travel to Holt High School on Saturday, July 19 to take part in the Michigan High School Coaches Association All-Star Game.
Niles' Shelley Aurand and coach Gary Collins have been selected for the Division 2 game, while Brandywine's Kendra Zache will play in the Division 3 game and Cassopolis' Samantha Vlasicak will play in the Division 4 game.
Also playing in the Division 2 game will be St. Joseph's Sara Cobb.
Lake Michigan Catholic's Rebecca Criscenti and Emily Eversole will join Vlasicak in the Division 4 game.
Games will be played at 10 a.m. (Division 3), noon (Division 2), 2:30 p.m. (Division 1) and 4:30 p.m. (Division 4).
All-State awards will be presented following each contest.
