NILES – Sheltons and Roberts were winners in Niles-Brandywine Girls Softball Association action on Wednesday.
Sheltons edged Legends 13-10, while Roberts won a pair of games over Watsons (10-3) and Atria Salon (9-3).

Mikayla Kemp was the winning pitcher for Sheltons.
Top hitters were Kemp and Faith Metz of Sheltons and Alicia Jackson for Legends.
Larking Carey of Legends was credited for her defensive play.

Top hitters were Jordan Helt and Arielle Colcord for Watsons and Paige Cordell and Kayleigh Sabat for Roberts.

Loren Van Winkle had an inside-the-park home run for Roberts, while Jill Sater and Devyn Roberts were also top hitters. Charissa Spear turned a double play for Roberts.
Carly Shirell was a top hitter for Atria Salon.
