NILES – The Brandywine No. 1 doubles team of Jamie Bartuska and Jo Ferenczi have been named honorable mention All-State by the Michigan High School Tennis Coaches Association.
Bartuska and Ferenczi were 27-2 this past season and reached the quarterfinals of the Division 4 state tennis tournament.
Ferenczi is 72-4 for the Lady Bobcats, while Bartuska ends her career with a school record 86 victories.
Bartuska is also the second Brandywine tennis player to earn both All-Lakeland Conference and All-Region honors each of her four years.
