DOWAGIAC – The Lee Memorial Foundation invites and encourages the community to participate in its fourth annual golf outing on Friday, July 18.
This year's scramble event will be held at Spruce Ridge Golf Club in Dowagiac. Registration begins at 9 a.m., with a shotgun start at 10 a.m.
Entry fee is $50 per person or $200 per team, and includes 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, bottled water, and the opportunity to win cash in the Buy a Square Contest, as well as win a new car in the Hole-In-One Contest (sponsored by Heartland Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge).
Proceeds from the golf outing will benefit Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital by funding the purchase of important medical equipment, such as a plasma thawing system, geriatric chairs and patient recliners.
"This is the perfect reason to enjoy the summer weather, along with the company of your coworkers and friends," said Wayne D. Comstock, chairman, Lee Memorial Foundation. "Plus, those joining us will support a very worthy cause: our hometown hospital."
Don't miss out on the fun-participation is limited to the first 36 foursomes and the entry deadline is July 7.
