ST. JOSEPH – Terica Bergan has joined Lakeland HealthCare as a Professional Recruiter at the Lakeland Recruitment Center. In her new role, Bergan is responsible for recruitment responsibilities for positions at all Lakeland facilities, including hospitals in St. Joseph, Niles and Berrien Center, as well as Lakeland's outpatient, home health, rehabilitation and long-term care operations.
Most recently, Bergan served as Recruitment Coordinator for Whirlpool. She also has extensive experience in human resources at AM General in South Bend, Ind. and SPX Contech in Mishawaka, Ind and TransUnion in Chicago, Ill..
Bergan earned her Masters in Business Administration degree from Indiana Institute of Technology, and also holds an undergraduate degree in Administrative Systems from Western Michigan University.
A native of Kalamazoo, Bergan currently lives in Berrien Springs with her husband and their two children.
