Chemical Bank announces new executives

NILES – Tom Grant, Community President for Chemical Bank is pleased to announce that Megan Dudley has joined Chemical Bank's CFC Investment Center.
"Megan has worked as an investment executive for many years and brings a tremendous amount of knowledge with her to the CFC Investment Center," said Grant.
"I am very confident in her abilities and her understanding of investment products. Her experience has given her a genuine perspective for the needs of our customers today, tomorrow and into their retirement. She will be an excellent investment consultant for our community bank customers."
As an investment executive, Megan will provide bank customers with comprehensive financial solutions to their investment objectives and retirement plans. She will service clients in Niles, Buchanan, Berrien Springs, Three Oaks, Eau Claire, Edwardsburg and surrounding communities.
Her office is located at 407 E. Main St. in Niles.
Megan received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. She holds Series 7 and 66 certifications, a Michigan Life license, Accident and Health license and has completed studies towards her Certified Financial Planner Designation.
Kate Seaman Joins Chemical Bank's Treasury Management Department
ST. JOSEPH – Len Amat, Regional President of Chemical Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Seaman to the Treasury Management Department.
"Not only will Kate bring a higher level of expertise to fully round out Treasury Management Services, she will be dedicated to helping our customers manage their cash in the best way possible," Amat said.
Kate is responsible for providing treasury management and support services to Chemical Bank's business and municipal customers in Berrien, Cass, Van Buren, Calhoun and Kalamazoo Counties. Kate has more than 12 years of banking experience including knowledge in mortgage and commercial lending and private banking services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Development from Michigan State University.
Currently, Kate is the Treasurer of both the United Way of Southwest Michigan's Board of Directors and Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors. She is also involved with the Southwest Michigan Estate Planning Council and the Gene Harris Coming Home Coming Together Concert Committee.
