Louise Hay, 80, of Niles, died at 2:10 p.m. Monday, May 26, 2008, in Hospice House.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, May 29 at Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St. in Mishawka, Ind., from 4 to 7 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Friday.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 30, in the funeral home with the Rev. B. J. Bishop officiating.
A graveside committal service will be held in Zion Cemetery in Bristol, Ind. at 1 p.m.
She was born in Goshen, Ind. on Feb. 15, 1928, to Oscar and Jessie (Poser) Rink.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Hay on Sept. 12, 1996. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Nelson and Levi Rink; a son, Wayne Craft and a granddaughter, Lori Powers.
She is survived by a daughter, Diane (Clayton) Powers of Dunlap, Tenn.; a son, Jake (Kathy) Hamilton of Niles and her grandchildren, Kelly (Matt) Ruby, Lesley and Kyle Craft and a daughter-in-law, Debbie Craft of Mishawaka, Ind.
She was a member of Fulkerson Park Baptist Church in Niles, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Lakeville VFW, Mishawaka Eagles and the Howard Park Senior Center, where she enjoyed playing cards and taking homemade baked goods to her friends.
