GOSHEN, Ind. – A Cassopolis native is among the 230 candidates who received diplomas at Goshen College's 110th Annual Commencement on April 27.
Ivannia E. Perez, daughter of Ellie Solano of Cassopolis and Humberto Perez of Goshen, Ind. received a bachelor's degree with majors in accounting and business information systems. She is a 2004 graduate of Constantine High School and attends College Mennonite church.
Saint Mary's College
NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Saint Mary's College has named the following students to its dean's list for the fall 2007 semester:

Olivet College
OLIVET, Mich. – Olivet College recognized the best of its student body at the annual Honors Convocation held Wednesday, April 16 in the college's Mott Auditorium.
Michael Glenn, a sophomore from Cassopolis, received the WOCR Staff Member of the Year Award. This award is presented to an outstanding WOCR staff member for the current academic year. WOCR 89.7 is the college radio station.

MIDLAND-Christina Olson of Jones has been named to the Dean's List for the winter term at Northwood University. To make the list, students must earn a 3.25 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
MCGA scholarship
DEWITT – The Michigan Corn Growers Association (MCGA) announced Cally Hass of Cassopolis as one of the recipients of the 2008 MCGA Scholarship award program. Hass was awarded $500. The MCGA will recognize these students at their annual meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009, at the Radisson Hotel in Lansing.
