NILES – There will be a special meeting of the Southwestern Michigan Community ambulance service (SMCAS) Board of Trustees in the meeting room of SMCAS, 2100 Chicago Road, Niles, on Thursday, April 24, at 4:30 p.m.
The meeting is being held for the sole purpose of revisiting, discussing and approving the following:
The salary for interim executive director position.
Job descriptions of various positions.
Job posting and search details for executive director position.
Other personnel matters.
No other business will be conducted or heard.
