Shirley Mildred Rudolphine Lewis, 79, of Dayton Road, Galien, died at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007, at home.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice at Home, Inc.
