David W. and Jami Stuppy of Dowagiac announce the engagement of their daughter, Mari N. Stuppy, to Michael Billingsley, son of Len and Suzy Billingsley of Birmingham, Mich.
The bride-to-be graduated from Dowagiac Union High School with the Class of 2001 and from Hope College in 2005 with a degree in elementary education and a minor in dance.
She teaches first grade for Fennville Public Schools and is the varsity dance coach for West Ottawa High School.
The prospective bridegroom graduated from Seaholm High School in Birmingham in 2001 and from Hope in 2006 with an economics degree.
He is employed by The Hantz Group in Grandville as a financial advisor.
Mari and Michael will exchange wedding vows Oct. 25, 2008, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Holland.
