Michael Thomas Mitchell, 59, of River Street, Buchanan, died at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2007, at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
A memorial service will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 18, at the Eagle's Lodge in Niles.
Memorials may be made to the Disabled Veterans of America.
Arrangements were made by Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan.
