James D. Broach, 80, of South 13th Street, Niles, died at 5:55 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007, at Lakeland Community Hospital, Niles, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles, with Pastor Robert Hamilton of Saint Peter's Evangelical Church, Galien, officiating.
Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery, Niles. A veterans' flag presentation and Taps will follow the committal service Monday at the graveside by VFW Post No. 1855, Dowagiac.
Friends may call on Sunday, between 2 and 4 p.m., at the funeral home.
